We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order. This policy explains what that is and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name and email address, from Google sign-in or when you verify by one-time password.
- Delivery details: name, phone number and address (including pincode) that you save or enter at checkout.
- Order details: items, custom plate text, amounts and order history.
- Payment information: handled by Razorpay. We receive payment status and reference IDs, not your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Technical data: basic cookies and logs needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, process payments and fulfil and deliver orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and support replies.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
- To improve the site and our products.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment processor (Razorpay) to take payment.
- Courier partners, who receive your name, phone and address to deliver.
- Service providers for hosting and email delivery, and Google for sign-in.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and checkout may stop working.
5. Data retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Saved addresses can be removed from your account page at any time.
6. Security
We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention requirements. Email hello@nisquad.store and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Third-party links
Linked sites, including Google and Razorpay, have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
