By using ni-squad.whisperyourwish.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
NiSquad (“we”, “us”) sells 3D-printed planters, décor, desk goods and custom plates through this website. You can reach us at hello@nisquad.store.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a parent or guardian's supervision. You sign in with Google or a one-time password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate.
3. Products
Products are printed to order in PLA or similar materials. Because of the printing process, colours may differ slightly from screen images, and layer lines and small variations in finish are normal. Dimensions may vary by a few millimetres.
4. Custom plates
For custom plates, you are responsible for the text and details you enter, including spelling. We print exactly what you submit and cannot replace a plate for an error in your input. You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing or misleading, and we may refuse or cancel such orders.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any amount paid.
6. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock or material issues, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address.
7. Shipping, returns & replacements
Delivery and our replacement-only-if-damaged policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intended use & safety
Our products are decorative and household items. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children, food contact, or high-heat use unless stated. PLA can soften in high temperatures, so keep items away from heaters and parked cars.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and branding on this site belong to NiSquad. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
12. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
